Housing Association Choice has hosted its annual conference - Tenants Forum.

The conference celebrated the achievements of the Forum over the past year including the launch of the Tenant Involvement Strategy for 2017- 2020, which outlines how Choice intends to engage and consult with tenants and foster a stronger partnership over the next three years.

Carol Ervine, Group Director of Tenant & Client Services, said: "We don't want to be just a landlord, we want to make a meaningful contribution to your communities and your lives. We can’t do that alone, nor should we. Choice is not just an organisation that collects rents and fixes pipes. We’re your housing association and the means to influence and affect change is within your grasp."
