Coffey Northumbrian To Improve Water Network In Kilkenny

Coffey Northumbrian is to start work to improve the water network in Kilkenny.

The scheme is part of Irish Water's Leakage Reduction programme.

The project will begin over the next few weeks and is expected to take eight weeks to complete.

The work will involve the replacement of old and damaged cast iron water mains that are prone to leakage, along with regular bursts which can cause interruptions to customers water supply.

Irish Water will also be hosting a public information drop-in evening from 6-8pm in the Pembroke Hotel on Tuesday, 27 March.
