Louth County Council has made confirmation orders detailing the compulsory purchase orders of four listed land sites.

The sites listed in the acquisition are;

• 10-13 Castletown Road, Dundalk

• 38 Cooley Park, Dundalk

• 41 Cooley Park, Dundalk and

• Drummallagh, Omeath.

The orders authorise Louth County Council to acquire the lands compulsorily for the purposes of the Housing Act, 1966.

A copy of the orders and of the maps referred to in it may be seen at County Hall in Dundalk or Civic Office Fair Street in Drogheda.
