Approval Granted For Refurbishments On Sligo Halting Site

Approval has been granted for the refurbishment of six bays on a halting site in Glenview, Co Sligo.

The six derelict bays are part of an eight bay development.

Sligo County Council is continuing discussions regarding the remaining bays.

As part of the Sligo County Council Traveller Accommodation Plan 2014 the council has committed to redeveloping the site. The work will enlarge the site and provide more suitable accommodation for permanent families.
