Upgrade Works Begin On Footpath And Pedestrian Crossings In Meath

Construction work has begun on several footpath and pedestrian crossing upgrades in Trim, Co Meath.

Works include upgrades to an existing 330m footpath on the Dublin Road, and the construction of a new 75m footpath and raised ramp zebra crossing with belisha beacons.

The project also involves road resurfacing, and the installation of associated road markings, signage and street furniture.

Works are expected to take approximately nine weeks.
