Work is continuing on a £3.25 million housing development in Portrush.

Hagan Homes is delivering the 24-home 'The Rocks' scheme at Dhu Varren Park.

With the first phase of 16 homes selling in record time, the second phase of eight homes will be announced shortly with overall handover scheduled for December this year.

Overall, 30 construction jobs have been created through the development.

James Hagan, Founder and Chair of Hagan Homes, said: "The showhome opening at The Rocks, Portrush was Hagan Homes most successful ever with approximately 400 people visiting that afternoon. We have seen unprecedented levels of interest in the properties with all 16 homes from the first phase now sold.

"Hagan Homes purchased the site in October 2017 and started refurbishment of the 24 four and five-bedroom homes in December 2017. The first phase of homes will be completed by September 2018 while Phase 2 with the remaining eight homes will be announced shortly.
