Radius Housing Board Member Awarded OBE

NI housing association Radius Housing is celebrating after its board member, Liz Cuddy, was awarded an OBE in the 2018 Queen's Birthday Honours List.

The accolade recognises Ms Cuddy's services to the Social and Affordable Housing sector in Northern Ireland.

As the former Chair of Helm Housing Association prior to the merger of Fold and Helm Housing, forming Radius Housing in April 2017, Ms Cuddy is also Chief Executive of Southern Area Hospice. Prior to this, she was the Director of Planning, Performance and Governance in the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.


A spokesperson for Radius said: "We would like to congratulation our Board Member, Liz Cuddy on receiving this honour. The Queen's Birthday Honours List recognises the achievements of a wide range of extraordinary people and Liz's contribution to the housing sector in Northern Ireland has been duly recognised."
