Work is to start later this month on a £320,000 resurfacing scheme on the B30 Silverbridge Road in Mullaghbawn, Co Antrim.
Around 1.9km from the Glenmore Road/Cashel Road junction will be repaired to a point 120 metres north of the Tullymacrieve Road Junction. The scheme will deliver significant improvements to both the structural integrity and surface of the road. Work will commence on Monday, 17 September.
A daily weekday road closure will be in place between 8am and 6pm from 17 September until 26 October. Diversions will be in place via B30 Silverbridge/Newry Road, A29 New Road/Dundalk Road, A25 Newry Road and B134 Mountain Road.
Work is expected to be completed by 26 October, depending on weather conditions.
