Property And Land Submissions Sought For Co Clare Housing

Submissions are being sought from landowners, developers, building contractors, property owners for properties and land in areas of housing demand across County Clare.

Clare County Council has welcomed 'Expressions of Interest' after an initial call in 2017.

A number of expressions of interest which may yield social housing units have already been received.

Clare County Council says it is seeking to identify lands zoned for residential development that would be suitable for residential development, lands with planning permission for residential development, residential schemes completed or partially completed and mixed development schemes where social residential development could augment the development, as well as turn key developments.

The council is also inviting residential property owners to sell or lease their properties to the Local Authority under the Buy and Renew Scheme.
