APA Facade Systems Starts Work On €4.3m Office Development

APA Facade Systems has started work on a €4.3million office development on 48-50 Cuffe Street.

The firm is working with Mealey Architectural Facades.

Managed by Clancy Construction, 48-50 Cuffe Street is a 2,500sq.m office development, right in the centre of Dublin City, close to St. Stephen's Green. The project consists of five floors of office space above a ground floor. The Cuffe Street building also has an office unit on the ground floor with direct access to the street.

APA's TB50 SG facade system and ST70 doors are being installed on the project. The design of the facade by NBDA Architects, is a modern interpretation of Dublin Georgian proportions, given a contemporary expression with stone and glass features.
