FP McCann has landed a contract to deliver resurfacing and minor engineering works in Portrush.

The work is being carried out at the existing car park at Dunluce Avenue.

It will be delivered on behalf of Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council.

The project will include:

• A 40mm depth overlay of the existing car park;

• Installation of new and replacement drainage pipelines;

• Construction of new footways and resurfacing of existing footways;

• Extension of car park to increase car park spacing capacity;

• Amendment to entrance and exit of car park at interface with public road;

• Erection of new perimeter fencing and new overhead barriers at site entrance/exit;

• Re-profiling of planter bed areas and vegetated areas around perimeter of site;

• Signage alterations and other miscellaneous works.
