Road Resurfacing Project Announced In L'Derry

Resurfacing work is to take place on the A6 Glenshane Road in Londonderry.

The project will take place on Sunday 28 September between the road's junction with Mullagh Road to the Castledawson Roundabout.

This section of the road will be closed between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

The repair works are being delivered in preparation for the winter period.

Diversions will be signposted.

The Department for Infrastructure has carefully planned these works and associated traffic management arrangements in order to minimise any inconvenience to the public, however, road users should expect some delays and allow additional time when planning any journeys.

The works are subject to favourable weather conditions and the Department will keep the public informed of any change.
