Shortlist Revealed For Property Industry Excellence Awards

The shortlist has been revealed for this year's Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards.

Five companies will be competing for the flagship award, Design Project of the Year, including RKD Architects, MOLA Architecture, Henry J Lyons Architects, Plus Architecture and McCauley Daye O'Connell Architects.

The awards are spread across 11 different categories, including the brand new Facilities Management Award. Other categories include Community Benefit Project of the Year, Energy Efficient Project Award, Commercial Agency of the Year, Excellence in Planning Award and many more.

Speaking of the shortlisted nominees, Jim Clery, Tax Partner and Head of Real Estate at KPMG, said: "The energy reflected in each entry was resounding, today's shortlisted award nominees are testament to the property industry determination, dedication and ability to construct and create not just buildings but communities, businesses and spirit."

The overall winners of the 2018 KPMG Irish Independent Property Excellence Awards will be announced on Thursday 08 November at The Convention Centre, Dublin. The event will be attended by over 800 of Ireland's property industry stakeholders, commercial and residential agencies, developers, architects, designers, investment managers, facility managers and contractors.
