Northern Ireland building firm giant Henry Group has been commended for its workplace wellbeing for the second consecutive year.

The company was presented with the Highly Commended Award for Workplace Wellbeing at the recent NI Chamber 2018 Awards PR Event.

Jennifer Cruickshank, Group HR & CR Manager, and Deborah Madden, Group E&Q Advisor, accepted the award at Ten Square, Belfast, on 17 October.

Henry Group has focused on workplace wellbeing since feedback was issued from its Staff Engagement Survey and Focus Groups in 2016. The company's workforce now forms a key part of the decision making process when developing and delivering new initiatives.
