Water Mains To Be Improved In Limavady

A £3.7 million upgrade project is to be carried out on water mains in Limavady, Co Londonderry.

The work will involve improving approximately 36km of water mains.

It will improve the quality, reliability and security of the local water supply, while reducing leakage and improving pressure in the area.

Work will begin later this month in the Benbradagh Estate and Benevenagh Road areas.

The overall programme of work will be completed in October 2020.

Meridian Utilities is delivering the project on behalf of NI Water.
