Water Mains To Be Replaced In Momeen, Co Donegal

Farrans Construction is to carry out water mains improvement works in Feddyglass, Momeen.

Commencing on 28 November, the work will involve replacing approximately 1,330 metres of problematic water mains with plastic pipes. It will take place along the L-6104-2, crossing the N14, approximately 5km from Lifford, Co. Donegal.

The project is being delivered on behalf of Irish Water and Donegal County Council under the utility's National Leakage Reduction Programme.

Traffic management and local diversions may be in place during the project.

Work is expected to be completed by the end of January 2019.
