A new water main has been installed in Knocknabohilly Kinsale, Co Cork.
The new 400-metre main improves the water supply for St Multose School and St Multose Community Hall.
Work began on the project in August 2018.
It was delivered on behalf of Irish Water and Cork County Council as part of the utility's €500 million Leakage Reduction Programme.
Steven Blennerhassett, Leakage Reduction Programme Regional Lead, said: "The installation of this water main is essential in providing a safe, secure and reliable water supply for this area of Kinsale now and into the future.
"We would like to thank the community for their support during the works which has enabled the lifting of the boil water notice."
