McLaughlin & Harvey Joins Prestigious Recruitment Initiative

Northern-Ireland owned McLaughlin & Harvey has joined prestigious recruitment initiative, The 5% Club.

The industry-led initiative is focused on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students.

The NI firm will join more than 300 employers, providing 'earn and learn' opportunities to develop the skills and talents people need to become more employable and create meaningful careers.

As part of the The 5% Club, companies commit to raising the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formal programmes to 5% of their total workforce within five years.


McLaughlin & Harvey offer earning and learning through a trainee scheme, undergraduate placements, and graduate scheme. They currently have 53 employees earning and learning; 7% of its total employees.
