Consultation has been launched on a programme of plans to improve the ground surfaces in Carrick on Suir, Co Tipperary.
The plans involve upgrading the footpaths, parking arrangements and road surfaces between the Town Hall in New Street and Ormond Castle, including a part of Main Street and all of Castle Street.
Tipperary County Council is hosting a consultative event on Wednesday 16 January in the public foyer of the Municipal District Office at 4.30pm.
Designers Nick de Jong and Associates and council officials from the District Office and the Planning Directorate will be on hand at the event to answer any questions about the scheme.
Public observations will be taken into consideration before the design is finalised.
