Essential Water Works Begin In Drogheda

Essential water works have commenced to replace a valve on a water main in Drogheda, Co Louth.

There may be interruptions in the water supply between 8.30am and 5pm today, 10 January, for people living in the Melrose Avenue, Five Oaks and surrounding areas.

The work is being carried out by Irish Water and Louth County Council.

Irish Water has thanked customers for their patience and apologised for any inconvenience the works may cause.
