Over 300 new homes are heading to Londonderry after plans were approved for three new housing developments.
Derry and Strabane District Council's Planning Committee green lit the plans for 97 apartments, and 166 two-storey dwellings near Galliagh. The development, located on Phase 1 East of Zoned H1B development at H1B Lands - Phase 1 East south of Beragh Hill Road and north of Skeoge Link Road, will also include associated landscaping, open space, parking, and roads.
Plans have also been moved forward to demolish an office block on Main Street in Muff, Eglinton, and replace it with four houses and 15 apartments.
Derry City will also benefit from 28 new self-contained apartments on Patrick Street, following the construction of a new rear extension and a new additional floor.
The council gave the go ahead for the developments during its monthly planning meeting in the Guildhall.
