Northern Ireland firm H&J Martin has won a place on a prestigious Fusion21 framework.
The company was named on the £800 million Construction Works & Improvements Framework.
The four-year framework, which goes live to the market on 01 April, will deliver capital works programmes with lots specific to housing, education, healthcare and the wider public sector.
It offers a range of internal and external refurbishment and improvement works through to the building of additional structures, and will support housing providers, local authorities, educational institutions and healthcare organisations to deliver regeneration programmes, modernisation and upgrade works, plus construction of all building types.
H&J Martin is one of 45 firms to secure a place on the framework.
