Construction firms across Northern Ireland are being urged to complete a short survey on the dry lining sector.
The survey forms part of the Department for the Economy's (DfE) review of all construction apprenticeship training standards through the Built Environment Sector Partnership (BESP).
As the standard setting body for the construction industry and secretariat for the BESP, CITB NI is undertaking engagement with construction employers to ensure that the revised apprenticeship frameworks meet the needs of the industry and are employer-led.
It is vital that employers come forward and shape the way apprentices will be trained and qualified to ensure that the future workforce meets industry requirements.
This three-minute questionnaire will establish demand for a review of the apprenticeship framework and provide the basis for further employer input and discussion.
The closing date for completed surveys is Friday 17 May 2019 at 4pm.
It can be accessed here.
