Improvements works are set to take place on a water main in Wicklow Town tomorrow, 23 May.
Irish Water has issued a warning to customers on Main Street that there may be disruption to their water supply from 7.00am to 10.00am due to the works.
Following the completion of the works, it may take two to three hours for water supply to return to normal for all impacted properties.
These works are being carried out as part of the utility's national Leakage Reduction Programme which will, over the next four years, see €500 million invested to reduce the level of leakage across the country by fixing and replacing ageing water mains. This will ensure a safe, reliable water supply which is vital for our health, our environment and our growing population and economy.
