Water Main Repair Complete In Galway

A water main has been repaired in Galway city after it burst over the weekend.

The incident on Saturday, 01 June, caused 300 properties in the Roscam area to be affected by a water supply interruption.

A project team from Irish Water was on hand to repair the main later that day, restoring the supply for all affected homes and businesses.

Galway City Council partnered with the utility on the work.
