Planning permission has been granted for a new four-storey student accommodation development in Belfast.
The purpose built managed student accommodation (PBMSA) building will include 253 bed spaces across five interlinked blocks.
The development will be built on the raised platform above the railway line between University Road and Botanic Avenue.
It is located on zoned land for committed housing, providing close links to the Queens University campus and a number of shops, hot food bars, restaurant/cafes and public houses.
Belfast City Council approved the plans yesterday, 11 June.
