APA Facade Systems Wins Contract For IDA Advanced Technology Building

APA Facade Systems has secured a contract to work on the IDA Advanced Technology Building, designed by Fewer Harrington & Partners, in County Galway.

It consists of the development of an advanced office unit for IDA Ireland in Parkmore Business & Technology Park. This development provides both office and warehouse facilities and is designed with the potential for future expansion. The unit is designed to LEED accredited standard and to be constructed to a high specification. There is a large emphasis on creating a modern, secure environment.

APA is working on this development with Seasonmaster Double Glazing Ltd. The firm's TB50 SG Facade System, TB SG CFV (Concealed Frame Vents) & ST80 Door Systems are being installed. JJ Rhatigan is the main contractor on this project. On completion, this facility will offer 3,150m² of Grade A office accommodation and open production space.

Construction work is well underway and is due for completion at the end of this year.
