Newry Road Works To Begin Over The Weekend

Newry's Ballinacraig Way is set to undergo improvements works starting this weekend.

The route will be resurfaced over a 1.1km distance from the junction with Greenbank Roundabout courtesy of a £300,000 Department for Infrastructure scheme.


Work will begin on Saturday 24 August and run until Friday 30 August.

Temporary traffic control will be in place using stop/go boards between the hours of 6am on Saturday and 9pm on Sunday.

Drivers should expect some delays and are advised to leave additional time when planning any journeys.
