Construction Begins On 155-Home Scheme In Dublin

Construction work has commenced on a new 155-unit housing development on the outskirts of Dublin.

This project will see a host of homes built at Enniskerry Road in Stepaside. It is being delivered through collaboration between Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, the Housing Agency, Respond and Tuath Housing Associations, and the Housing Finance Agency. Financial support is being provided through the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government.

Cllr Shay Brennan and Housing Minister Eoghan Murphy visited the site to turn the sod on the project.

The new homes are scheduled to be delivered in late 2021.
