Consultation To Begin On Mid & East Antrim Local Development Plan

Locals in Mid and East Antrim are set to be called on to shape the Council's proposed Local Development plan.

The Draft Plan Strategy opens for formal public consultation on Wednesday 16 October and it sets out a vision for how Mid and East Antrim will develop through to 2030.

The consultation will help the Council shape and develop a planning framework that will be used in determining planning decisions.

Residents, community groups, developers and statutory partners have eight weeks to share their feedback.

The closing date for responses is Wednesday 11 December.

The Draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents are available to view and download here.
