House prices in Northern Ireland increased by 2% in the three months to September, official statistics have revealed.
Some 6,002 residential premises were sold between July and September, with the house price index increasing by 4% when compared to the same period of 2018.
Ten of the eleven district council areas in Northern Ireland showed an increase over the quarter.
The standardised price for NI as a whole is £139,951 and ranges from £120,110 in Derry City and Strabane to £164,900 in Lisburn and Castlereagh.
Median house prices stand at 4.9 times the median annual gross full time earnings, according to Land and Property services.
