A key route in the County Antrim village of Ahoghill is set to be significantly improved under the second phase of roadworks.
This £250,000 phase will see a 2.2km section of the Crosskeys Road upgraded from Taylorstown Road to Ballyscullion Road.
Work began on Monday 06 January and will run until 31 January 2020.
A full weekday road closure will be in place from 8am to 6pm to facilitate the work. During these times a diversion will be implemented via Taylorstown Road, Grange Road and Crosskeys Road (and vice-versa).
The Department for Infrastructure is urging the public to comply with all temporary traffic restrictions and to drive with extra care when travelling in the vicinity of the works.
