Bennett Construction Wins Residential Contract In London

Irish firm Bennett Construction has landed a deal on a residential development in London.

The Westmeath-based company has been appointed as the Principal Contractor on Phase 6 of Millbrook Park. This will see 257 fully fitted and serviced residential units built, including 17 two bed duplex apartments and 240 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms in two blocks.

The project will also include ground floor commercial units, ground floor retail units plus under croft parking and all associated external works.

The site was formerly used as a military barracks and council waste depot.

Works are due to commence on site in March 2020.
