A £275,000 programme of roadworks has been announced in the Co Down village of Ballygowan.
This project will see Carrickmannon Road improved over a distance of 1,600 metres from its junction with Bog Road to its junction with Station Road.
Work will begin on Monday 10 February and run until Friday 28 February.
A daily weekday road closure will be implemented between 8am and 5pm throughout to facilitate the scheme. A signed diversion will be in place via Moss Road, Ballybunden Road, Comber Road, Saintfield Road/Kilcarn Road and vice versa.
The Department for Infrastructure has urged drivers to expect some delays and advised to leave additional time when planning any journeys.
