The majority of Phoenix Natural Gas recently connected consumers have revealed they would recommend natural gas to a friend or family member.

Phoenix Natural Gas announced the results of its most recent independent market connected customer research, with 99% of recently connected customers saying they would recommend making the move to natural gas.

Conducted by MRNI (Market Research NI) 80% of recently connected customers surveyed reporting the process to be easy, and 90% suggesting that the connection process could not be improved upon.

Jonathan Martindale, Director of Business Development at Phoenix Natural Gas said: "We are delighted to see consumers continuing to enjoy high levels of service and satisfaction when making the move to natural gas.
