ShareRidge To Begin Watermain Connections Work In Galway

Contractors ShareRidge is to begin watermain connections work in Galway.

The works are part of the Tuam Regional Water Supply Scheme.

Irish Water and Galway County Council is advising customers in Craughwell and Loughrea that their water supply will be impacted as a result of the works taking place on 15 September and Wednesday 16 September.

A water outage is scheduled in Craughwell on both Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 4pm to facilitate watermain connection works at the Seefin Water Treatment Plant.

An outage is scheduled for customers on Barrack Street, Fahy Gardens and customers of the scheme in East Loughrea to Seefin from midnight Tuesday to 6am Wednesday. This is to facilitate watermain connection works at the Knockanima Water Treatment Plant.
