Resurfacing work on a £107,000 scheme is to begin in Portadown.
The work on the Drumnacanvey Road is expected to commence on Monday, 21 September.
The improvement work will extend a distance of approximately 470 metres from its junction with Ballyhannon Road to its junction with Bleary Road. The scheme includes resurfacing of the carriageway and upgrading of road drainage.
Due to the nature of the scheme it will be necessary to operate a daily weekday road closure (Monday – Friday) between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm from 21 September to Friday 16 October 2020.
During these times a diversion will be in place with traffic being diverted via Old Lurgan Road, Killycomain Road, Gilford Road and Drumnacanvey Road.
