Construction Work On Office Development In Dublin Complete

Construction work of a new office development in Dublin city centre has been completed.

Savills has launched 42 Westland Row, Grade A office building extending to approx. 10,900 sq ft, to let.

The building is ready for tenant fitout and finished to the highest standard with specification including Raised Access Floors, carpet tiles, VRF conditioning and LED lighting. Occupiers can also benefit from bicycle parking, shower and changing facilities and a passenger lift serving all levels.

With Pearse Street DART Station less than 100 metres away, 42 Westland Row is situated in one of the most connected areas of the city. The LUAS Red and Green Lines are located within a 5-minute walk and Busáras just under 1km to the north.

The area is close to many amenities with Trinity College directly Dublin directly opposite and Merrion Square, Grafton Street and St. Stephen’s Green all within a ten-minute walk.
