Work has begun on a £268,000 carriageway resurfacing scheme in Belfast.
The carriageway resurfacing works will extend the entire length of Glengoland Crescent, Glengoland Gardens and Glengoland Park, a total length of approximately 1620 metres.
Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon said: "This significant investment will greatly improve the strength and surface quality of this section of the road network in West Belfast to the benefit of local residents and those who travel through the area. I would like to thank the public and local residents in advance for their cooperation and ask that they comply with all temporary traffic restrictions while these much needed works are completed."
A series of daily road closures will be put in place (Monday - Friday only) from Wednesday 28 April until Monday 17 May 2021 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Access for residents will be maintained as much as possible.
The work is expected to be completed on 17 May.
