Housing Development Approved For Phibsborough's Old Bakery Site

An Bord Pleanála has granted planning permission for a proposed development at the Old Bakery Site at 113 Phibsborough Road in Dublin 7.

Bindford submitted an application for Build to Rent apartments and associated site works at Cross Guns Bridge in Phibsborough.

The application process included a period of public consultation and followed completion of a pre-application consultation with An Bord Pleanála and the relevant local authority.

The development involves the demolition of all of the existing buildings and structures at the site and the construction of 205 new Build to Rent (BTR) units, including: 55 studio apartments, 85 one bed apartments and 65 two bed apartments. The development will also include a cafe and retail units and a public plaza.
