Mercury has launched its 2022 Scholarship Programme, inviting all trades, general operatives and apprentices to progress their career further at the company.
This will help high-potential trades employees move into a professional role within the company, while upskilling with a third level education course.
An online event took place on Wednesday 23 February to launch the 2022 programme.
Mercury Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis and in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Planning, Estimation, BIM, Commissioning, Project Management and Quality Assurance.
As part of the 2021 Scholarship Programme, Mercury recently hosted a training day for scholars at its Apprentice Development Centre in Ballycoolin, Dublin. Attendees were treated to a presentation focusing on topics such as pre-construction, BIM, EHS, time management, soft skills and other important elements of the business.
