McHale Plant Sales Strengthens Parts And Service Operations

McHale Plant Sales has completed the 'reconfiguring' of its Parts and After-Sales Service operations at its locations in Birdhill and Rathcoole.

The Irish distributors have built a great reputation supplying products from Komatsu, Metso Outotec, Komatsu Forest, Merlo and Terex Ecotec.

The aim of the exercise was to 'strengthen and streamline' the support it provides for what chairman, Michael McHale terms: "a highly diverse and service-focused group of manufacturers whose equipment reaches into almost every field of construction, agricultural and environmental life".

"Building on the benefit of having two strategically-located outlets – both housing fully-staffed, fully-equipped, fully-stocked and fully-functioning workshop and parts facilities – our goal was to ensure that our after-sales side matches the needs of customers and the requirements of those whose products we represent," McHale said.
