TU Dublin has garnered support from building materials firm Kingspan for its new innovative Design and Construct Centre.

The university has struck a five-year partnership with the global company, which will see Kingspan support the development of the new centre.

As part of this collaboration, Kingspan Century has created a scholarship programme that will support a student throughout their studies on the Sustainable Timber Technology Course. This scholarship programme is aimed to provide financial assistance to passionate and motivated student who will make their mark on the construction sector.

First year student Brendan Rossiter Gargan was nominated as the inaugural Kingspan Century Scholar and was awarded on the 12 May in Linen Hall by Gary Treanor, Business Unit Director, Kingspan Century Ltd.
