The organisation was awarded Platinum Certification by the NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) following an Excellence Through People (ETP) audit.
ETP is Ireland's only national human resource management quality standard dedicated to the role of people and their impact on business. Platinum Certification is the highest level awarded by NSAI and Engineers Ireland joins just six organisations across Ireland who have achieved platinum status.

Speaking about the Platinum Certification, Michelle Brown, NSAI Auditor, commented: "Engineers Ireland has been awarded Platinum ETP Certification as the organisation showcases the best of everything Excellence Through People represents including strong employee engagement and excellent staff involvement, and understanding of business planning with staff commitment to the mission of the organisation truly evident.
