A programme of roadworks is set to begin in Hillsborough later this month.
The Department for Infrastructure is investing £231,000 to deliver a resurfacing scheme on Tullynore Road, extending between Raffertys Hill Road and Ballynahinch Road.
Work will begin on Monday 21 November and is expected to reach completion by Friday 20 January.
It will be necessary to implement weekday road closures between the hours of 8am and 6pm throughout to facilitate the works.
During these times a signed diversionary route will be in place using the Ballynahinch Road - Edenticullo Road - Dromara Road - Drumlough Road and vice versa. Local access for residents and emergency services will be maintained at all times.
Road users should expect some delays and are advised to allow additional time when travelling in the vicinity of the works.
