Road Improvements Underway In Westmeath

Work has got underway on new road improvements in County Westmeath.

Surfacing works is taking place on the L-4003 Coosan Road at St. Kieran's Terrace on Monday and Tuesday night, 27-28 February 2023. Works will commence at 8pm each night and be completed by 4am each morning.

The section of road will be closed to traffic on both nights with a traffic diversion in place. Local access will be permitted only.

A contractor is taking the scheme forward on behalf of the Municipal District of Athlone-Moate.
