"Play Parks are a hugely important facet of community life, both urban and rural, providing safe, accessible and inclusive facilities for children and families.

"Play Parks help to encourage our children and young people to get outdoors and get active and improve their ABCs – agility, balance and coordination.

The Council's Play Park Strategy is an ambitious 10 year plan to guide the provision, sustainable management and development of play parks across the District.
