An event will take place next week where locals can meet the project team to discuss the proposals.
This key widening and improvement project will involve improvements to the existing pathway along Ballinacourty Greenway Spur by carrying out some drainage works along the route in the townlands of Kilgrovan and Ballynacourty.
Other features of the proposed developed include the widening of the southern and northern sections, provision of a pedestrian crossing on the L-7011 at Ballinclamper, new picnic and amenity area at Ballinclamper car park and much more.
Waterford City and County Council is hosting the drop-in public information event on Tuesday 09 May between 5pm and 8pm. Those in attendance will also be advised as to how they might get involved in the Part VIII Planning process, which commences on the same date and will close for public submissions on 20 June 2023.
