Northern Ireland-based contractor GRAHAM has been named on the second generation of Pagabo's Refit and Refurbishment framework.

The four-year framework will allow public sector clients to procure refurbishment works valued at £50,000 and above. It comprises of a value-based lot structure, with up to nine contractors allocated to regional sub-lots, including six core and three reserve suppliers.

GRAHAM secured a spot as a core contractor on three lots, which include Lot 3 (£1m - £5m), Lot 4 (£5m - £15m), and Lot 5 (£15m+) for work in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
