Fit-out specialist Marcon has completed work on a new restaurant in the £85 million Ewart Building in Belfast.
The company delivered the major 10-week fit out of the new unit which is located on the ground floor of the Ewart Building, on the corner of Bedford Street and Franklin Street. It is now a spacious venue with a modern and stylish interior and seating for up to 120 guests.
The new Flame restaurant incorporates dining areas, a bar, and private dining room for more intimate functions.
Marcon's work included Internal Partitions; mezzanine level, Mechanical and electrical installations, Ceilings; decoration and floor finishes.
The works also included the manufacture and installation of a custom-built bar, booth seating and host meet and greet stand as well as decorative fixtures and wall finishes.
Contract Manager at Marcon Thomas Doyle commented: "The fit-out project blends modern aesthetics with the historic Ewart building creating a distinctive dining experience for customers to enjoy.
